DUTIES

• Supervising small groups of infants in the classroom and during outdoor play.
• Leading circle time, story time, and music sessions. Team Participation.
• Arriving to your class prepared, on time, and ready to work
• Supporting children with hands on learning throughout the day.
• Modeling positive and appropriate language and behavior.
• Ensure classroom logs and documentation is done daily.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and healthy environment and follows state licensing standards.
• Communicating child concerns and family needs to management.
• Help children with eating and diapering/toileting, and clean clothing
• Caring, nurturing provider.
• Team player – able to work as part of a teaching team as well as work independently
• This is a physically and mentally ACTIVE role.
• Must be able to work Monday thru Friday.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs

REQUIREMENTS

• Teacher position requires ECE units (completed and/or on-going)
• Infant / Toddler units needed (completed and/or on-going-Waiver possible)
• Current vaccination
• CPR / First Aid certification
• Live scan clearance
• Health Screening completed
• Mandated Reporter training
• Authorization to work in the US
